Rating a barbershop really comes down to how much I like my haircut. Good news here…. I like it! Exactly what I requested and was seeking. My hair is shorter and I am ready to take on the world again. The appointment worked as they do. All in all…. no complaints at all with the exception of the higher than expected price. Yet…. i am blaming inflation that we are experiencing. All in all….I’ll be back in about 6 weeks when my hair needs to be cut again.

Yesterday Was my second time at that shop. The first time it was a decent experience. However, yesterday it was A nightmare! My haircut isn’t tricky! The barber had to put the clipper on Zero and do my hair and Beard. That is the easiest style for a beginner barber! The amount of excess hair on my beard and head was ridiculous! In the shop bio, owners say that they created that place after getting enough from keeping getting very bad experiences for high price! Well that happened to me yesterday. It is not about the money I paid! It is about you honoring ur promise and word by recruiting professional barbers.

Floyd’s refused to trim my husband’s beard because he was registered for only a haircut. My husband is a 92 year old veteran who uses a wheel chair. It would have taken only 5 minutes to tidy his beard. The insensitivity of the staff was unspeakable. We left.

Would like to give this a higher rating because I have nothing against the stylists themselves. My issue is that when I schedule an appointment for a specific time I always end up waiting. 15 minutes, 20 minutes, over half an hour once, and I mean EVERY SINGLE TIME. At the heart of it that’s just deeply disrespectful and I WILL NOT be using this place again. EVER.
